If your order is canceled after payment is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All products are produced on demand after an order is placed. Production times may vary and are separate from shipping times.

EcoJTees is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, EcoJTees is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues, though we will work with customers to help resolve issues when possible.

8. Returns and Refunds

EcoJTees offers a 365-day return policy. Customers must contact us to initiate a return request and ship items back to the address provided.

Items should be returned in reasonable condition unless defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
