We create each item specifically for you after you place your order. This made-to-order approach helps us reduce waste and avoid excess inventory. Once you order, our production partner Gelato begins crafting your eco-friendly apparel using sustainable materials and water-based inks.
Why does production take longer than traditional stores?
Because we don't keep pre-made inventory sitting in warehouses, each piece is custom-produced just for you. This typically takes 2-7 business days for production, plus shipping time. While it takes a bit longer, it means we're not creating waste or using resources unnecessarily—and you get a freshly made product every time.
When will my order arrive?
Total delivery time includes two phases:
- Production: 2-7 business days to create your item
- Shipping: 3-7 business days for domestic US orders, 7-14 business days for international orders.
You'll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can follow its journey to you.
Are your products really eco-friendly?
Absolutely! We use 100% organic cotton and recycled materials for our apparel. Our print-on-demand model means we only produce what's ordered, eliminating overproduction waste. Every purchase supports sustainable manufacturing practices.
What if my item doesn't fit or I'm not satisfied?
We offer a generous 365-day return policy with no questions asked. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund within 10 business days of receiving the return. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders may take 7-14 business days for shipping after production is complete. Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.
