At EcoJTees, we stand behind the quality of our eco-friendly apparel. We offer a generous 365-day return policy with no questions asked. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us at Care@ecojtees.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email
Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging (if possible)
Step 4: Attach the prepaid label and drop off at your nearest shipping location
Step 5: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Due to our made-to-order production model, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style:

  1. Return your original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you'd like
  3. We'll process your refund and your new order simultaneously to minimize wait time

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-designed items (if we offer customization in the future)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or in unsellable condition

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our quality, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us at Care@ecojtees.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund—your choice
  • No need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Care@ecojtees.com. We'll send the correct item right away and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. You won't be charged for the mistake.

International Returns

Our 365-day return policy applies worldwide. For international returns:

  • Contact us for a prepaid return label
  • Return shipping may take longer depending on your location
  • Customs fees or duties paid on the original order are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed in USD and converted by your financial institution

EU Customer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item, no questions asked, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Simply contact us to initiate your return.

While we offer easy returns, we encourage you to review size charts and product details carefully before ordering. Our made-to-order model means every item is created specifically for you, and reducing returns helps minimize our environmental impact.
