Our Made-to-Order Process
At EcoJTees, we're committed to sustainability. Every item is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato, which means we only produce what you purchase—eliminating waste and reducing our environmental impact. Your order is custom-created just for you using eco-friendly materials and water-based inks.
Production Time
Because each item is crafted specifically for your order, production typically takes 2-7 business days. This timeframe allows us to ensure quality while maintaining our sustainable practices. You'll receive a notification when your item moves from production to shipping.
Shipping Times
Domestic (United States): 3-7 business days after production is complete
International: 7-14 business days after production is complete
Total delivery time = Production time (2-7 days) + Shipping time (3-14 days, depending on location)
Tracking Your Order
Once your item completes production and ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep through the carrier's tracking portal.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your eco-friendly apparel arrives safely.
International Orders
We ship worldwide! International customers should note:
- Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations
- These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total
- Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production on the next business day.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during peak seasons
- Carrier delays or weather-related disruptions
- Customs processing for international orders
- Incorrect shipping addresses (please double-check your address at checkout)
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at Care@ecojtees.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes
Once an order enters production, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at Care@ecojtees.com—we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't started production yet.
